Second Annual PAWS for A PURPOSE


MOVE OVER RUNNERS AND BIKERS:
Tyrone's new festival is for the dogs.  The inaugural charity dog walk and festival features you, your dog, pet adoptions, contests, and local food vendors.

This is a great opportunity to participate in the most fun filled event of the year!  Come to Tyrone and enjoy a St. Patrick's Day Celebration and sample the specialties of local restaurants at Shamrock Park on Senoia Road.

Time: 9:30 am 

   9:30 am   Registration Begins and Vendor Booths Open
10:30 am   Dog Walk Begins
11:45 am   Contests Begin and Demonstrations Begin

Contests:  Best Costume, Best Trick, Waggiest Tail, Cutest Mutt, Longest Dog, Shortest Dog, Longest Tail, Shortest Tail, Biggest Dog, Smallest Dog, Best Song, and Best Kisser (Owner Participation Required).  Awards will be given to the winners.

Demonstrations include:  Police & Military K-9 Units, Dog Trainer, Dog Sports & more.

12:45 pm -  Awards for Contest & Money Raiser
                     Winners Announced

Prizes & Awards will be given to the Top Money Raisers in the Adult, Youth & Team categories.  It’s easy to be a Top Money Raiser!  Ask friends, family, co-workers, neighbors - even total strangers to sponsor you and help these worthwhile charities.

First 35 entries raising over $100.00 will receive a theme T-Shirt.
